Tazne Van Wyk lived in Elsies River, Cape Town. She was just a young child with a loving mother who's heart was crushed by her death. She was known for her joy and kindness before her death.
Tazne Van Wyk disappeared mysteriously one day in her hometown of Cape Town. She was then found two weeks later dead in a storm drain. She was killed by a 54 year old suspect with little personal information given. It simply seemed like a cold blooded attack for no justifiable reason.

No. "The department of correctional services' spokesperson, Singabakho Nxumalo, said the suspect had served half of a 10-year sentence for culpable homicide and kidnapping when he was granted parole, but he later disappeared."
